About Me

Mrs. Neuens: Hi, my name is Mrs. Neuens. I have been teaching for 10 years so far. I am in my 5th year of teaching Kindergarten. Previously I taught second grade for two years, Pre - School for one year, and 7th and 8th grade Math for one year. I have been married to my husband, Dan, for 7 years and have three boys; Ethan (6), Caleb (4), and Colton (18 months). I enjoy exercising, four wheeling, reading, sports, and snowshoeing.

Reading Buddies

Last week we met our Reading Buddies for the first time! Our Reading Buddies are Mrs. Kranes' 3rd grade class. Mrs. Kranes' students created a scavenger hunt with clues of important places Kindergartners need to know at Hemlock Creek. The students listened to stories, adventured on a scavenger hunt, and enjoyed a special treat after completing their hunt!
